Six months ago Brookens Library launched an in-house chat service that allows patrons to receive real time library research help online from the Information and Reference Desk. With the success of this service, Brookens Library will be discontinuing the Ask?Away chat service we have offered up to this point. Currently, the Brookens Library Live Chat service can be found on every page of our website and will soon be incorporated into other online resources offered by the library. The Live Chat service is yet another way that patrons can reach the Information and Reference Desk.
