UPDATE: Interlibrary Loan Disruption: Alternative Access

UPDATE: This access disruption has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.  If you have any questions please contact email uisilloan@uis.edu.

Because Brookens Library offers so many databases for users to choose from, we also use tools to help those databases connect to each other. Two of these tools are the Find It and Get it Now buttons, which allow users to request articles we do not have access to. It has come to our attention that these tools are not working for users on or off campus. We are working with the vendor to fix them, but unfortunately a resolution is not likely to come until mid-September.

But not all hope is lost! We have a workaround in place for placing requests. Users can log in to their  My ILL account with their net ID and password and fill in the necessary citation information.

For a detailed explanation of the request process please see this video.
